Nutrition Facts

Most Private Chef meals are suitable for inclusion in diets such as Atkins, Weight Watchers, Pro Club 20/20, Zone, Mediterranean, Vegetarian and others. Our dinners have been independently evaluated by a Certified Nutritionist and are found to satisfy the recommendations of the American Heart Association and American Diabetes Association.

Our "Perfect" Dinners provide the following approximate range of nutrition

  • Calores: 350 to 600 calories
  • Total Fat: 4 to 24g
  • Saturated Fat: 1 to 10g
  • Cholesterol: 0 to 110mg
  • Sodium: 400 to 1000mg
  • Dietary Fiber: 5 to 17g
