Chocolates Private Chef is proud to feature MDP Signature Chocolates hand made by
Chef Michael D. Poole, an award-winning chef with well over 25 years experience. He has 28 years experience as a firehouse cook for the City of Seattle, runs Sweet Jamaica concession, and has catered at many private parties. Chef Poole is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris with Le Grande Diplôme in Cuisine and Pastry. He specializes in French and Island cuisines, French pastries, and handmade chocolates.
