Private Chef is proud to feature MDP Signature Chocolates hand made by Chef Michael D. Poole, an award-winning chef with well over 25 years experience. He has 28 years experience as a firehouse cook for the City of Seattle, runs Sweet Jamaica concession, and has catered at many private parties. Chef Poole is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris with Le Grande Diplôme in Cuisine and Pastry. He specializes in French and Island cuisines, French pastries, and handmade chocolates.

We also welcome corporate gift orders with advance notice (minimum 2 weeks).

New! Chocolate Tasting Events
We offer chocolate and wine tasting events at the downtown Private Chef store for your business group. The tasting can be part of a mini-seminar, networking session, or just a thank-you for your staff. Call us for more details 206-999-7292.

Note to BizXchange cutomers: Orders paid via BizX accounts are limited to two half-pound boxes of chocolates per year.
